Today I am thankful for/that:

1. Chubby baby cheeks and chubby baby knees.


2. Toothless baby smiles.


3. Baking weather.


4. Apple picking season.


5. A good home cooked meal.


6. Freedom.

Today I am thankful for/that:

1. Soap and water, as mom says, it washes away everything but sin.


2. The blood of Christ to wash away the sin.

Today I am thankful for/that:

1. Isaiah seems to be getting the hang of the whole toileting business. Most of the time anyway.


2. Apple picking season is just around the corner.


3. Quiet nights.


4. The late summer evening chorus of crickets and katydids.


5. Good times at the beach.


6. Discovering two new West Indian eateries in the city. Now to find the time to go sample their wares.
